Jake Tells a Story!

At the recent joint conference of the Gap Year Association and the Association for Experiential Education, I was invited to give a talk.

“Tell a story” is more like it—and that’s right up my alley. The ActivatEE event (AEE’s punny name for the keynote) is designed to give voice to the myriad stories of educators in the field. I was thrilled to get to share this story, which is in it’s own way about how I came to the work I’m doing now with Gap at Glen Brook.
