Arrival and Departure Schedules for 2025

Dropoff Times

(please have your camper eat lunch before dropoff, or have a packed lunch to eat here!)
At dropoff you’ll drop luggage, get a t-shirt, check in with the nurse, meet your child’s cabin counselor, and then say goodbye!

Sunday June 22nd & Thursday July 17th times:

Foxes (10-day campers): 10:30-10:50

Otters (current 3rd & 4th graders 3-week campers): 10:50-11:10

Raccoons (current 5th graders): 11:10-11:30

Eagles (current 6th graders): 11:30-11:50

Deer (current 7th graders): 11:50-12:10

Lynx (current 8th graders):12:10-12:30

Bears & Falcons (current 9th & 10th graders): 12:30-1:00

Fox Second-Half Dropoff Times:

Second-half foxes arrive between at 1:30-2:00pm on July 7th and July 31st.

Pickup Times:

For Fox Departures on Tuesday July 1st and Saturday July 26th Pickup will be at 2:00PM

End of Session Pick Up Day Schedule July 15th & August 9th

9:15 Visiting Begins! (Please do not arrive earlier.)

9:15-10:00 Refreshments, touring camp facilities and visiting activity areas

10:00 Singing with all campers in the Barn

11:00 Family Swim at the lakefront, weather permitting. Camp lifeguards will be on duty.  Everyone in a boat must wear a life jacket – adults included. Swimming ends promptly at 1 p.m. and the waterfront closes. 

12:30 Lunch Buffet: Sample our delicious food

1:30pm First session campers: please load gear in cars by 1:30 so that counselors can rearrange rooms for the second session group.

2:00 pm Camp Closes
