Farm Product Sale

We currently have eggs and spinach for sale. The next delivery date for Garden City is May 10th, 2024. Please place your order by Wednesday, May 8th by 5pm. Any unclaimed produce and eggs will be donated, so please only order if you can pick them up!  Eggs purchased for delivery to Garden City will be available for pick up in the *MAIN LOBBY* from dropoff until 3:45pm.

Our heritage breed chicken flocks, housed in mobile coops, follow Glen Brook’s rotationally grazed sheep and cows through the pastures and are lovingly cared for by campers and farm staff. Glen Brook campers and visitors participate regularly in the daily care of our chickens – including collecting eggs!

Our special sale on Glen Brook’s winter spinach won’t last long! Northeastern winter spinach is a unique delicacy as the plant replaces much of its water content with sugar to survive freezing temperatures, yielding a spectacularly sweet green. As we prepare to flip our high tunnel beds to summer crops we’re quickly nearing the end of this savory treat!
