Our annual Harvest Weekend was a great success.  We harvested, cooked, and ate delicious food.  We gathered apples and pressed cider.  We went for hikes through the beautiful woods in the rain, getting warmed by the wood stove afterward.  We loaded the basement of the main house full of firewood for the winter.  We cleaned the stalls of the barn, and weeded the pasture.  We rested, relaxed, and enjoyed each other's company, a number of families gathered to celebrate the fall season and our bountiful harvest.
