Glen Brook is known for its excellent food. Participants in all our programs—summer camp, visiting schools, and Festivals—exclaim at the quality and variety of the food prepared by our culinary staff.
We grow many fruits and vegetables in our biodynamic garden; we raise lambs and chickens for roasts, stews, and barbeque. We also procure as many local and organic ingredients as possible, depending on seasonal availability.
Campers and students also see the "Farm to Table" connections as they help on the farm and in the kitchen. Our meals are always made from fresh ingredients, and we always offer a tasty vegetarian option.
